On July 9th to 10th, Anna Bazniakova from the Foreign Affairs Office of Lipetsk State Technical University in Russia, and Professor Igor Mazur, Director of the Pressure Metal Synthesis Teaching and Research Office, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and Honorary Worker of the Russian Ministry of Science and Education, visited SIE. Vice President Wang Qimin, relevant personnel from the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, International Education College, and Schoolof Energy and Power received the visit. Both parties had in-depth discussions on the application for Sino-foreign cooperative education projects, teacher and student exchanges, international academic conferences, scientific research cooperation, and reached a basic consensus.
